We are fully committed to your satisfaction and comply with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

Because each piece of Billabong Garden Furniture is handcrafted to your exact specifications upon order confirmation, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once production has commenced. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of customization and material allocation.

Tip: We strongly recommend reviewing dimensions, timber type, finish options, and delivery details with our team before finalizing your order. Our staff are always happy to assist via phone or email to ensure your selection is perfect for your space.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are protected under Australian Consumer Guarantees. We will promptly repair, replace, or refund the item — whichever remedy you prefer — at no cost to you.

How to Report an Issue: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We aim to resolve all valid claims within 5 business days.

10-Year Unconditional Warranty

Every Billabong picnic table is covered by our 10-year unconditional warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes structural integrity, joint stability, and timber quality — even under normal outdoor Australian conditions.

We recommend following our Maintenance Instructions, although we are so confident, we will cover almost anything.

Need to make a claim? Simply contact us with your order number and photos. Most warranty repairs are completed on-site or via replacement parts at no charge.


Note: Return shipping costs for non-faulty items (e.g., change of mind) are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
